In order to import your box's WODs, your box needs to supply them in an particular way, called and RSS feed. Most of the Crossfit boxes I've come across run their website on blogging software. Most blogging software natively provides this type of feed. What you'll need is the URL of that RSS feed.

You can typically find this URL by adding "/feed" onto the URL of your box. For instance, if my box's website was http://thisismybox.com, try using http://thisismybox.com/feed. If this doesn't work, then you can either view the source for the website and search the source code for "RSS". If you don't want to do that, send me an email and I'll figure it out for you.

When you have the the RSS feed URL, you'll need to go into the app's preferences and click on the "RSS URL" text. In the dialog box that pops open, enter the URL into the space provided and click the "OK" button. Once you've done that, you'll want to test that the app is able to import the information correctly. Click the back button on your device and then click on the "Record WOD" button. Now, you'll want to click on the "Import from feed" button.

Clicking that button will make the app ping the RSS feed URL you just provided and attempt to pull down the items provided in the RSS feed. This is obviously using the internet (and your network) so, the faster the network, the faster the information will be presented to you. On the resulting screen, you'll simply click on the WOD you are performing and the WOD movements and description will be filled in on the Record WOD screen. If the screen that comes back is blank, then there was a problem with the RSS feed URL. Send me an email with whatever information you have and I'll troubleshoot it from there.
